Realigning and resetting your physical foundation. Using precise, low-impact floor and bodyweight movements, we identify blind spots and eliminate chronic tension. This phase focuses on optimizing your breathing mechanics to manage natural adaptation and regulate the nervous system.

Strength

Building resilience and functional, real-world power. This is not about isolated muscles; it is about teaching your core and joints to work as a unified system. You will develop the structural stability and endurance required to adapt and perform efficiently in any environment or terrain.

Movement

Cultivating deep body awareness and self-control. Through conscious, refined movement, we re-wire your nervous system to improve balance, reaction time, and coordination. Learn how to move effortlessly and enhance your physical capabilities and mental focus.

The Instructor

Everything I do at Andes Resilience comes from over 20 years of testing my own body and leading others. I built my foundation through years of historical sword fighting, self-defence, martial arts (like Muay Thai, Wing Chun and Systema), and the precise, restorative movement of the Feldenkrais method. I know what it means to push limits.

I expose my body to extreme environments, using cold exposure and breathwork to master my own nervous system when stress hits. I apply everything I've learnt in my own daily training, my approach to life, and the work I do with my clients.

I offer direct, hands-on coaching, solid movement fundamentals, and raw motivation for people who want real physical capability.

Private Training & Consultations

Tailored entirely to your schedule and goals. Available for individuals or small groups (up to 8 people) focused on reversing daily stress, eliminating structural compression, and rebuilding a resilient body.

Sessions are conducted privately at your hotel, resort, or villa, or in dedicated movement spaces across Urubamba and the Sacred Valley.
